This Privacy Policy applies to Kramer & Kramer Pty Ltd (ABN 32 166 060 439) (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us”, “our”) and our website https://kramerandkramer.com.au/ as accessible from your desktop, mobile and/or tablet devices. We respect your right to privacy, and we commit to safeguard your confidentiality and security of personal information. We voluntarily adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

You must provide us with valid identity information when making an access request. We reserve the right not to provide you or any third parties purporting to act for you if we do not receive satisfactory evidence that you or that other person has the right to access the information.
